The Apocalypse - A poem written by Patrick Heron

The poem "The Apocalypse" is a good summary of the whole book of revelation. It provides on one hand, a chilling descripton of the Wrath to come, and, on the other, the riches of the grace available to us if we so choose. I wrote this poem sitting in my car one day after writing my first book"Apocalypse Soon". I am not a poet. Neither do I write poetry. However, after writing the first line of the poem, the rest flowed and the result amazed me. It is, to the best of my knowledge, Biblically accurate and the whole thing was completed in about 70 minutes. There are notes availbale at the end of the poem for reference purposes. Because these events are due to happen in the future, I suppose this is a prophetic poem.

The poem is presented as a scroll and signed personally by Patrick.
